Gary Herman

Chief Operating Officer

Gary Herman, is a Chief Operating Officer of Galloway Capital Partners, LLC. He is a seasoned investor with many years of investment and advisory experience. From 2005 to 2018, Mr. Herman managed Strategic Turnaround Equity Partners, LP (Cayman) and its affiliates. From January 2011 to August 2013, he was a managing member of Abacoa Capital Management, LLC, which managed, Abacoa Capital Master Fund, Ltd. focused on a Global-Macro investment strategy. From 2005 to 2020, Mr. Herman was affiliated with Arcadia Securities LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. From 1997 to 2002, he was an investment banker with Burnham Securities, Inc. From 1993 to 1997, he was a managing partner of Kingshill Group, Inc., a merchant banking and financial firm with offices in New York and Tokyo. Mr. Herman has a B.S. from the University at Albany with a major in Political Science and minors in Business and Music. Mr. Herman has many years of experience serving on the boards of private and public companies. He presently sits on the boards of: SRM Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRM), Syiata Mobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYTA), LQR House, Inc. (NASDAQ: LQR), XS Financial, Inc. (CSE: XS) and Susglobal Energy Corp. (OTCQB: SNRG).

Nancy Cherner

Nancy Cherner has years of experience as an Investment Professional. She is focused on research, investments and marketing with Galloway Capital Partners. In addition to these responsibilities, she is also partnered with a family office focused on equity investments and options trading. From 2016-2022 she operated Settlement Funding, LLC, a leading small business lender and is also the owner of Logos Investments, Inc. Prior to that she lived in New York for 26 years and held various positions with Morgan Stanley in wealth management, Broad Street Group/Sam Group in Securitization Sales, and A.L. Sarroff, an RCMM on the New York Stock Exchange Floor in trading and partnership operations. She holds a B.A. with honors from Plan II, (top 1% of student body), Cum Laude, from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU Stern Graduate School of Business.

Gregory B. Braca

Strategic Advisor

Greg Braca is the former President and CEO of TD Bank, NA, one of the 10 largest banks in the U.S. Greg served as Chief Operating Officer and as Head of Corporate and Specialty Banking for the bank prior to his ascending to his role as President and CEO.

Greg has 30 years of banking experience and has been a member of the Bank’s senior leadership team since 2002, where he originally served as the Regional President for TD Bank’s Metro New York Region.

Prior to joining TD, Greg founded FleetBoston Bank’s Healthcare Group and served as Senior Vice President for the New York Metro Healthcare Group.

He actively serves a variety of community-focused organizations, including the New York Partnership; New York Bankers Association; the Greater NY Councils, Boy Scouts of America; Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City and the Financial Services Roundtable.
